IN AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

We'd like to make sure you are able to access our music quickly and easily. However, before we can supply our licensed music you must be registered with AMCOS/APRA and hold a PMCN (Production Music Client Number). This ensures that our publishers and composers are rightly paid for their music. AMCOS/APRA administer all our licensed music and getting a PMCN is painless and easy.

Before we can supply you with our licensed music, you will need to contact our Singapore office for licensing and copyright information. We have a range of affordable licensing options available including annual blanket payments, per production or series, and pay per use fees.

FOR ROYALTY FREE MUSIC

Our Royalty Free music is sold with the following general rights:

  1. Mechanical rights - The right to re-record, duplicate and release the music as part of your production in whatever medium you choose (i.e. video tape, film, CD ROM, DVD).
  2. Synchronization rights - The right to use the music as a soundtrack "synced" with visual images as part of your production.
  3. Public Performance rights - The right to use the music as part of the public viewing or broadcast of your production (including but not limited to tv shows, videos, dvds, web sites, podcasts, multimedia presentations, and films).


What you can do with Royalty Free Music:

  1. Use the music without restriction for the lifetime of the purchaser, within different or various works or projects as you see fit.
  2. Broadcast the music (as part of your production) over any public or private medium.
  3. Transfer the music to any medium necessary (video, film, reel to reel, digital, etc.) to complete your production project.
  4. For audio-only projects you must voice over the music in intervals of 30 seconds or less.
  5. Use the music themes for any visual productions (film, video, etc.) in their entire length and these productions may be duplicated without restriction.


What you cannot do with Royalty Free Music:

  1. Re-record or change the music in any way without the written consent of the owners. (You may, however, edit the music to fit your needs.)
  2. Claim ownership or authorship of the music.
  3. Transfer, share or sub-lease this license agreement with any other party.
  4. Sell the music contained herein outright to any other individual or party. (Although the music can be sold as part of your production.)
