Our royalty free music can be synchronised in any audio or video production without further payment once purchased (see relevant end user agreements). The rights to communicate this music via ON HOLD phone systems is not covered in the synchronisation licence we issue. APRA can grant you a licence for the communication right when using the royalty free music in ON HOLD phone systems. Companies with music on their ON HOLD phone system are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate licence. See here for more information.
